Tom Montag is the founding Chief Executive Officer of Rubicon Carbon. Tom has over 20 years of experience in financial markets.

Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of Global Banking and Markets at Bank of America. Tom was also a member of the company’s executive management team, overseeing all businesses serving corporations, institutional investors, and government entities.

Previously, Tom was a partner at Goldman Sachs, a member of the management committee, and co-head of the Securities Division.

He currently serves on the boards of Goldman Sachs, Deschutes Land Trust, The Hispanic Federation, The Japan Society, and is a trustee of Northwestern University.
