Head of People Operations

Jessica Held is Head of People Operations at Rubicon Carbon, where she develops and manages talent strategies, culture initiatives, and people programs to support the company’s growth and success.

She brings extensive expertise in people leadership and organizational development, grounded in her experience at small and large organizations, and her education from UC Santa Barbara. Since taking on her role in late 2022, she has been instrumental in building a collaborative, diverse, and high‑performing team environment at Rubicon Carbon.
