Head of Strategy and Operations

Andre Ferreira is Head of Strategy & Operations at Rubicon Carbon, where he oversees strategic planning and optimizes operational efficiency to support at-scale decarbonization projects.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and brings strategic consulting experience from his time at McKinsey & Company. Since joining Rubicon in September 2022, he has played a key role in driving the company’s growth and structural development.
